Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial

I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, there is a tram stop to Jested or Zoo just 2 minutes away from the hotel, which was very convenient. The bar is open for 24 hours. Parking lot available in front of the hotel.

When you check in after 2pm, you are greeted with tapas at the reception and coupons for welcome drinks. Breakfast is great as it has a big selection of food which is even prepared right next to you. Employees were very helpful, attentive and hard-working. If you're into it, there's a free pool table as well. The rooms have everything you might need. Hotel is located literally 5 mins walk from train/bus station and the city center/shopping malls. There is a nearby tram/bus stop if you want to go to Ještěd or the zoo.

+ location - close to a train station, bus station, central bus station; there is also a mall nearby + AC + big bathtub + large safe - I was able to put my full frame camera, telephoto lens and tablet there with space to spare + room design - look & feel - very elegant, stylish, lot of mirror/glass everywhere, color changing ambient lights are a nice touch + room design - practicality - location of labeled light switches, number and location of wall outlets, pull out drawer in the closet with a kettle, remote controlled curtains, storage space drawer under the bed and probably more things I can't remember right now + welcome note + info about who prepared the room for you + all room amenities you can think of (e.g. kettle, nespresso machine, ironing board, umbrella, toiletries, ...) + great breakfast options - there should be no issue for people with food intolerancies/allergies or healthy food junkies to put a breakfast together; I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw soy milk there + staff - polite, nice, helpful; when I had an issue with the lock in my room on the second day, they let me choose a new room from all unoccupied designer rooms (I chose a room called Beauty of the North, simple, elegant, lot of light wood surfaces, glass door to bathroom) + price to comfort/service ratio is incredible All in all, this was my best hotel experience ever and I am very likely to stay there next time I am in Liberec, or try out another hotel from Pytloun chain in other locations in the future. Thanks a lot to the two amazing receptionists who were there during my stay.

Comfortable space beautifully decorated room with the great beds. They offer 3 types of pillows, amazing! Different types of lights in the room. Full minibar (for payment) and coffee/tea gratis. the breakfast is very good and offers you great choice. The kid’s playground-room next to the restaurant is a huge help for the families with kids :)

I like the breakfasts which were excellent. It was great that everything was close to the hotel (city centre, bus station, train station, shops,...).
